HEEEEEYO! Hi loves. Happy Blog Post Tuesday! I hope you all had an amazing, relaxing weekend. Is it freezing everywhere right now or what? I feel like I have been locked inside for days now which is hilarious because I live in California and it has only been raining here, not even snow. I don’t think I could survive the snow, I love my Vitamin D to much. I love getting my house back to normal after the holidays. I love to freshen things up after taking down my outside Christmas décor and get things looking pretty again. Today I wanted to share with you guys some Simple + Cheap Ways to Create Curb Appeal. Whether you are in a house, condo, or an apartment these are all simple things you can do make your home feel more cozy and inviting.
Get yourself a cute wreath or basket for your door (I have linked a few favorites here) I have the hardest time finding wreaths that I like so I opted for a cool hanging basket. I filled it with faux eucalyptus, some baby’s-breath, and added a rustic bow. A fun welcome mat is also a way to make things look inviting. I bought this buffalo plaid rug to go underneath my “Home Sweet Home” mat from Target. It made the rug pop even more. Ball topiaries are my favorite curb appeal item. You can find these at any nursery, they usual have one or two balls and really highlight your entry space. I found these rustic planters from Hobby Lobby to put them in. Updating your front door and hardware is another easy way to make your home stand out. Adding a pop of color to your front door also helps if you don’t want to spend the money on a new door. This door color is Wythe Blue by Benjamin Moore. Updating your address sign is also a quick way to make your home stand out. I found one for my home on Etsy.
I added a simple white bench to the porch to make things feel more homey and welcoming. I added some buffalo plaid pillows and a throw blanket to go on it. I found this adorable bike with a basket at a local vintage thrift shop and added some lemons from our yard. I made the welcome sign out of an old piece of fence and painted it the same color as the front door. Updating your mailbox is also a great way to create more curb appeal. Switch out your old one for a new modern white one and add an address decal on it from etsy.
I hope you guys enjoyed these Simple + Cheap Ways To Create Curb Appeal. I love decorating the inside of my house but I also enjoy bring the inside out. Its such a great reflection of your personal style. I hope you all have the best week ever and I cannot wait to hear about the fun things you add to your homes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for stopping by here today. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know.
