Hi Friends! The crazy Christmas countdown is on. I hope everyone is having an amazing December so far. Christmas is just about two weeks away. Its CRAZINESS, I cannot believe it. I hope you are all coming to a close on your holiday shopping and are starting to think about getting some gifts wrapped and under that tree. Are you like me and cram all your wrapping into one night or do you do it as you go? If you haven’t started wrapping yet I suggest you turn on your favorite Christmas movie (Home Alone or The Santa Claus are my favorites) sit back as I share with you some Simple & Modern DIY Christmas Wrapping Ideas.
Aren’t these packages the cutest? So simple! I picked up some wrapping paper from Target and Michaels stores. I picked out Black, Kraft, and Gold Speckled wrapping paper. I got some twine in black/white, red/white, and gold/white for the ribbon and picked up some various tags from the craft store as well. The stamp is just a cute added touch to blend it all together. The greenery is from my olive tree in our back yard.
So fun! I like how simple they are but still look really modern and pretty. They look so good under the tree and I am loving how they turned out.
Next we have the wrapping with the various suede color ribbon which is my favorite. I used the same paper as above except I switched out the gold speckled for a black and white striped paper. I clipped a few trimmings from my tree, and used some baby pinecones for the center. These look so great and I love how unique they are.
Do you guys love them as much as I do? Wrapping pretty packages doesn’t have to be complex, just use what you have and be creative with it. Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today. It means the world to me when you spend just a few minutes here.
